True Precision Plastics, LLC is seeking an experienced hands on Injection Molding Supervisor for our Second Shift to add to our production team.
Duties include the coordination of our daily work flow, adherence to production schedule, develop and train all associates to meet production goals, maintain order and minimize scrap. Trouble-shooting and plastics processing experience required.
The successful candidate will maintain observation of production activities to ensure quality and quantity control; performs inspections to ensure equipment and work practices/conditions are safe and in proper working order as well as provide machine adjustments as needed.
