Administrative Assistant

TriStarr Staffing's client, a small locally based manufacturer, is currently seeking a skilled administrative assistant. This individual will be providing support to the sales department through a variety of tasks including: organization, order entry, research, customer service, etc.

The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, a great eye for details, a customer service mindset, and a professional demeanor. Previous administrative experience (at least 2+ years) is required, in addition to excellent computer skills (MS Office suite).

This position will begin at part-time (20-25 hours a week) but will increase to full-time hours in the future for the right candidate.
