TriStarr Staffing is recruiting for a 2nd shift QC Inspector in Lancaster City. The hours are Monday through Thursday from 2:30pm-12:30am. The QC Inspector would walk around throughout the shift to each department and check the quality of product, using gauges. In addition to QC, looking for someone to do the group leader aspect as well. Making sure employees are following the rules, assist with training on occasion, etc. Basic computer skills preferred, for data entry. Pay rate for QC only would be $10.75 per hour on the temp side, w/ an increase upon perm. If they have group leader abilities, it would pay about $1 more per hour. Training would either occur on 1st shift, M-F 6am-2:30pm for a few weeks, or somewhere between the two shifts, maybe 11am-9pm, M-TH.
